Ingredients
  1. 1 bunch fresh kale
  2. 2 tsp olive oil
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. 2 tsp Thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Chop into chip sized pieces (as you would to lettuce for a salad) and remove any thick stems
  3. Distribute olive oil evenly
  4. Sprinkle desired seasonings evenly
  5. Spread evenly over a baking sheet and let chips bake for about 13 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. It is okay if the kale overlaps on the baking sheet. For crispier chips, keep in the oven for longer.
  2. (Opt seasonings inspired by your favorite chip flavors: lemon juice, parmesan, garlic, vinegar, wasabi powder)
